THE STEPS

SIGN TENANT ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS

This will allow us to legally represent you throughout the leasing process. We are here to make sure your needs are met and you are protected throughout the entire process.

CALCULATE YOUR LEASING POWER

Based off of your gross monthly income we will determine what rent you will be able to qualify for. Your leasing power is usually determined by 3X the rent amount.

YOUR CRITERIA

We will sit down and discuss some of the key features of what you're looking for in a home and some features that could be an absolute deal-breaker for you.

HOME SEARCH

Based off of your criteria, we will set up a home search on the MLS. Once we find some homes we think meet your needs we will send you a detailed email with the homes.

SHOWINGS

Based off of the homes you liked from the list provided to you and others you possibly found elsewhere we will schedule appointments to view the homes.

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

Once you have found THE perfect home we will submit an application as well as your paystubs and any additional documentation required by the Landlord. Once you pass initial approval you will pay an application fee and will be taken though a background and credit check by the Landlord.

APPLICATION ACCEPTED

Congratulations your application has been accepted!! You will now sign the Lease and any other required additional documentation. You will also pay your Security Deposit and the First Month's Rent.

RENTERS INSURANCE AND UTILITIES

Once the lease is executed by both parties you will set up all of your utilities to be turned on for the commencement of your lease. You will also contact your Insurance provider to place coverage on your new residence.

MOVE IN DAY

Congratulations it is officially your move in day! You will meet with the Listing Agent or Landlord to receive the keys to the property. Welcome home!
